    The quote from Elena Bodrova makes me think back to when I was an undergraduate. My friends and I had to take a course that centered around the importance of children playing and being engaged in activities. I used to think that playing wasn't the same as working. Boy, was I wrong! I hadn't realized how much playing we do in my classroom! My students are playing, but working on different skills while they're having fun! Play is essential in having students understand what they're learning.

  3. this quote “The passion to make sure that all children were taught in environments and in ways that truly nurtured their ability to grow and develop to their fullest ability” by Louise is one of my favorite because in the multimedia video she truly shows her passion and desire to teach children and nurture them.. it almost reminds me of grandmothers because she is so loving and caring to children.
